Drove by this place for years but was nervous about going in to see about my lower back pain and issues. So glad that I finally did. The staff was so helpful and reassuring during the whole intake process. They were friendly, courteous and made you feel welcomed. I have had my first adjustment and I couldn't be more excited and thrilled for more because I left there with a new lease on life. I didn't have any pain in by back after the first adjustment and still don't. My neck was a mess according to the scans taken. The doctor cracked my neck and all I can say is that is wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The only suggestion I would make is that if you wear hearing aids then maybe you should take them out. The certainly amplify the cracking sound...LOL So happy I found you and will be highly recommending you to all my family and friends. Thanks again for making my like livable again.

I’m extremely grateful I stumbled across Dr. Joe and some members of the Back to Health team at Saltscapes. I can’t put my finger on it, but treatments have greatly improved my energy levels, chronic pain, and migraines. After having such a positive improvement with Dr. Joe, I’m now working with Dr. Glenn to get orthotics. It’s great having the support of knowledgeable professionals to get a handle your health! To top it all off, everyone is super sweet at the clinic.

Dr. Glenn and his staff are the gold standard every chiropractic practice should aspire to. After first month of treatment I feel so much better and focussed on following recommendations to continue making improvements to my overall health. My neck and lower back pain have improved significantly and this weekend I attended a 3-day crafting retreat where I was able to participate fully with no resulting pain. I feel amazing, and I highly recommend the Back to Health team!

A big 5 stars for Dr. Joe Suderman from Back to Health Chiropractic and Wellness. I met Joe at a charity function and liked him. I found out that he is a chiropractor who recently moved here from Winnipeg, starting up a new practice after a successful career there. I've been having some aches and pains lately and decided to give him a try. The team at Back to Health completed a non invasive, comprehensive analysis on me. Then Dr. Joe went to work. I remember the first session, I was a bit nervous. He joked and mentioned he'd done this at least 10,000 times, that really helped. His work has made a big difference in the pain and I even sleep better at night! If you are looking for a new Chiropractor see Dr. Joe. Btw, the staff is super friendly too.

December 20, 2023 We’ve completed almost a year of chiropractic and massage treatment. While the path has certainly not been straight or easy, the results cannot be denied. The latest scan of my spine bares no resemblance to the spine that walked into this office a year ago. While a picture can say one thing, the results that I’ve experienced daily are nothing short of life changing. Pain was always in the forefront of my mind. Now while there are of course, flareups, I function normally. I no longer rely on meds to get me through the day. I am so glad I took the leap of faith made the appointment. Thank you for giving me my life back. After too many years of pain, medications which made me feel worse, failed surgeries and doctors who didn’t believe me I was at the end of my rope and both discouraged and depressed at looking at the upcoming years of no relief. Then I booked an appt for an assessment. For the first time I can recall I was validated. Yes, my pain was real. Yes, my complaints were valid. Most importantly I heard, yes I believe I can help. Glenn was very honest telling me it won’t be overnight. That my body would likely be angry with the adjustments at first. He said about 10% of his patients dislike him at first as the body will not like being corrected. He was correct. I can’t say I disliked him, however, he may have made the near top of my non favourite list :). I had my first reassessment yesterday after 12 treatments. While I knew and felt some things had changed seeing the improvement on paper made the “aches” more than worth it. We still have a way to go and Glenn and team will be part of my life for as long as they’ll see me. I am now grateful and hopeful looking forward to the future with well managed pain and a healthier body and outlook. Lisa Comeau.

After six plus months of pain and a LOT of nagging from my husband – I made an appointment with Dr Glenn. Previous experiences with Chiro, hadn’t really helped – so I was a little apprehensive. I wish I’d made the appointment earlier! I can’t even remember what the pain felt like anymore – one day, I just realised it had gone – and I could walk without limping! The practice is fantastic – everyone is so friendly and helpful, and you don’t feel stressed or rushed. Have just started massage there with Brii, and I can see why it’s so hard to get an appointment with her! Will definitely keep going to see both Dr Glenn & Brii. Would highly recommend.
